Payment and Delivery:
Online credit/debit card payments will
be processed by PayPal, a third-party payment service provider. If
you have a PayPal account please ensure that the postal address in
your personal profile is correct. (To check that your address is
correct, go to www.paypal.com, log in and click on Profile. Under
Account Information click on Postal Address.) Payments are fast,
free, and secure.
You will receive a confirmation email
from PayPal after you have placed an order.
After placing an order, please check your emails regularly in case
there is a query with your order. Not doing so may delay your

post, but some may be sent by second class post, depending on size,
weight etc. Some items may be sent by courier.
We will send an email to you confirming
that your order has been despatched. Orders paid for by credit/debit
card online are usually sent within three to five days (excluding
weekends and bank holidays). If it is likely to be more than a week
before we can send the order we will advise you of this.
Although first and second class post is
usually delivered within a few days, there is no guarantee that it
will be. Royal Mail states that two weeks should be allowed for
delivery of first class post.
For orders sent by courier, delivery should be made within a few
days, but we cannot guarantee a delivery day.
If an order is returned to us because it
could not be delivered or was not collected from the sorting office or
depot, we will not be able to refund the delivery cost.

Payment by cheque:
We will accept payment by cheque if the
total of your order (including delivery cost) is £10 or more. Please

Orders paid for by cheque are usually
sent within seven to ten days of receipt of payment.
Cancellations and Returns:
If you wish to cancel an order before it
has been despatched please contact us by email or phone as soon as
possible after placing the order.
If you change your mind after your order
has been despatched and wish to return an item please contact us
